Start the day with a drive along the coastline to Rabat, Morocco’s capital and an imperial city. Visit iconic spots like the Hassan Tower, Mohammed V Mausoleum, and the Kasbah of Oudaya. After lunch, journey through the Rif Mountains to the enchanting blue city of Chefchaouen, known for its vivid blue-and-white buildings. Stay overnight in a charming riad.

Spend your morning wandering Chefchaouen’s picturesque alleys. Then head to Volubilis, an ancient Roman site with remarkable mosaics and ruins. Visit the cedar forest, home to Barbary macaques, before continuing to Midelt for lunch. Drive along the scenic Ziz Valley to reach Merzouga’s Sahara Desert. Switch to camels to cross the dunes and enjoy a magical sunset. Spend the night in a luxury desert camp with private bathrooms, dinner, and traditional Berber music around a campfire under the stars.

After breakfast, visit Rissani’s lively market, followed by a stop in Erfoud to see fossil workshops.
