Day 01 :

Agadir - Taliouine - Taznakht - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate

Your journey begins when we pick you up from your hotel in Agadir. As we head southeast, we’ll stop at Taliouine, known for its saffron. Here, you can enjoy some saffron tea and learn how to spot authentic saffron. Next, we’ll visit Taznakht, a major hub for Berber rugs.

Our next stop is the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular movie filming location. You’ll explore this historical kasbah and enjoy a delicious lunch. Afterward, we head to Ouarzazate, often called “Africa’s Hollywood.” You’ll get to tour the Atlas Film Studios before we settle into a local hotel or riad for the night.

Day 02 :

Ouarzazate - Anti-Atlas Mountains - Agdz - Rissani - Merzouga

After breakfast, we’ll set out for Merzouga, a beautiful desert destination. On the way, we’ll take the Tizi N’Tnifift road through the Anti-Atlas Mountains, offering stunning views and great photo opportunities.

Next, we’ll pass through the Draa Valley, home to Morocco’s largest palm grove. You’ll also get to explore local towns and stop for lunch in Nkob or Alnif. Later, we’ll visit Rissani, a historic town and once a key trading center for gold and other goods.

By evening, we’ll reach Merzouga, where you’ll enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner and spend the night in a comfortable riad or hotel.

Day 03 :

Merzouga - Erg Chebbi - Nomad Families - Khamlia Village

After breakfast, we’ll explore the area around Erg Chebbi. You’ll meet local nomadic families and learn about their way of life while sharing tea. We’ll also visit the Mifis Mines and enjoy panoramic views of the desert.

From there, we’ll head to Khamlia, a village known for its rich Gnaoua music and culture. After a delicious lunch of Berber pizza, you’ll ride camels through the sand dunes and watch the sunset. The day ends at a desert camp where you’ll enjoy dinner, music, and a night under the stars.

Day 04 :

Merzouga - Erfoud - Todgha Gorges - Dades Gorges

Start your day early to witness a stunning desert sunrise. After breakfast, we’ll leave the camp and stop in Erfoud, known for its fossils. You’ll also learn about Morocco’s ancient underground irrigation systems, called khettaras.

After lunch in a local village, we’ll continue to the Todgha Gorges, a spectacular canyon with towering cliffs. Take a short walk to enjoy the scenery before heading to Dades Gorges, where you’ll have dinner and spend the night in a cozy riad or hotel.

Day 05 :

Dades Gorges - Rose Valley - Skoura - High Atlas Mountains - Marrakech

After breakfast, we’ll travel through the Rose Valley, famous for its fragrant flowers (best seen in late May). Next, we’ll stop at the Skoura Oasis, home to the historic Amridil Kasbah, an iconic 17th-century structure.

From there, we’ll pass through Ouarzazate and journey through the High Atlas Mountains. After a lunch stop, we’ll continue to Marrakech, where we’ll drop you off at your hotel, marking the end of this incredible 5-day tour.
